About us

Heifer International is a worldwide nonprofit organization whose goal is to provide agricultural resources and sustainability methods for people in impoverished areas. This organization does so by supplying farm animals and educating communities on land management and animal husbandry. Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine is honored to have the only student chapter of Heifer International in existence.
